Picasso HDI 2.0 Problems with the calculator published by Manual-Mecanica

I have in the workshop an HDI 2.0 picasso with EDC 15 C2 calculator, the calculator is blocking and sending it to unlock but now it does not happen to me 2300 rpm, as it is unlocked in another picasso with the same result does not accelerate, it throws a permanent code p1613
