My Logan 2008 does not turn on

There is 110 psi of pressure at the fuel pump, there is current at the coil and injectors, it has new spark plugs, a new fuel filter, the computer was checked and is OK, the position sensor (the "airplane" sensor) was replaced, we removed the fuel rail and when the ignition is turned on there is fuel injection at the injectors, the temperature sensor is new, the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel pump was replaced, it only starts if it receives fuel through the throttle body until the fuel is consumed. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would start by checking if the key is recognized by the transponder, as this enables the ignition to start via the engine control unit (ECU) and the ignition coil.
