Hello partner, as they have already cited, the problem can be originating the depressor (empty pump) but it would be good to verify s there are no leaks or if any valve that works with this system is open,

Everything is apparently verified if it is the empty pump, the first braking is regular and the second one is lasted the pedal thanks for the contribution to all.

Get a mechanic that has an empty tester and tell you if the pump is good or should not mark 25 to 30 in minime
