Hyundai ACCEN CRDI 1.5 stops only when accelerating

I have this problem that I can't solve: when the engine reaches normal operating temperature and I'm driving, it stalls on its own. This happens when I press the accelerator while shifting gears. It doesn't stall at idle; it can run for hours without stopping, and it doesn't stall even when maintaining a constant speed. After it stops, the check engine light comes on and it shows a fault in the intake air solenoid.
