Improve brake system

Hello, I'd like to install rear disc brakes on my 2010 Aveo sedan. I'd like to know if there's a manual for this conversion or if anyone has performed a similar mechanical operation and could provide me with step-by-step instructions.

If I'm not mistaken, the front brakes on the Optra are the same as those on the Aveo, so I think the parts from the Optra's rear brake assembly might work.

If you think I can improve the braking in any other way, please let me know. I'm already familiar with braking techniques.
