Honda Hero Splendor Lost Oil

Hello, I have a question. I've discovered that every time I shift gears, a screw that goes into the gearbox pops out, leaking oil through a small channel onto the sprocket and chain. I'd like to know if it's normal for it to lose so much oil from there, and how this mechanism works. I'd also appreciate it if someone has the workshop manual.
