VW GOG 1.8 thermostat problems

Knights I already made the change of thermostat and purge the site, the car stays well; But when I turn off the car and turn it on the next day it starts as to hit the engine and shake the entire car as if it is very cold and I have to let it heat almost 15 to 20 minutes to stabilize.
I want to know what can be happening and what can I do to remedy it.

If it is very very triggered you can have problems in any of the cylinders because it is not normal less in that model that starts immediately, check if you work in three cylinders before saying anything, it is worth a scorching and happy holidays.
