Hello, I have a 2004 Zafira that won't start. The scanner is showing the error code "P0340". What are the possible solutions to this problem?

That code indicates a malfunction of the camshaft sensor, and if it is faulty, it will not generate a spark or injection pulse, and therefore the vehicle will not start.

I know of a similar case; it was the injection pump, 2000 euros at Opel. I hope you have better luck.
