Perkins motor failure

I have a failure in a Perkins 1106E engine that is mounted on a German Caterpillar M322C excavator, the problem is that it accelerates up to 1250 rpm, it is changed new injection pump, the engine module is changed and it has been scanned completely and there are no fault codes, please if someone has had a similar problem can guide me what I can do more.

Hi David,
you don't tell us if you have smoke and what color it is. You already changed the bomb which means we discard that. Verify air and fuel filters that are clean, return of fuel that is not clogged, free acceleration voltage, if it is turbocharged that this sends the correct air pressure, there are other things that with the arrangements you already did, we will not take them into account. Well thanks for answering, I tell you this engine has been repaired complete and with it also the filter, but I also tell you that I found the failure and it was something so little common, a tooth of the polar wheel that goes in the crankshaft was detached and it is where the potent's sensor activates and therefore did not deliver the full signal of the engine turn and therefore it did not accelerate, but I am in any way. Heavy and forest machinery so any data contacts you by this means, because we are apparently in the same item.
