Hello everyone. I have to change a "motor support" of a 406. They have told me that you have to use a press, which is a big problem for me because I do not have. Is there any user or other tool that can serve me? both to remove it and to put the new one?

You do not use any type of press, you take out the new support and if you buy the full new one you just change it, if you only buy the rubber, you take it to a vulcanism to put it and then install it and now
