Golf Glaf Crystals Raise

Hello friends, I have a problem with the crystals. They only work when the alarm is activated (that is, I have to have the alarm control oppressed so that the crystals will work) but they not only go up the alrma and fall when they disagree and then do nothing.
I will appreciate any suggestion or if someone has the electrical diagrams in question. The car is of Mexican origin and the control plate is of German origin.

Is the original installation of non -alternative truth? If it is the original for what I have understood and I have seen in the part under the steering wheel and involved in between all wiring there is a black box that has two connectors and this is the sishing that fails at least in the golf that arrive in Chile
