INSTRUMENT PANEL messages in Corsa 2004

On this occasion I consult the following, in the KM indicator of my 2004 Automatic Corsa, an unusual message appears that says: "Insp above the 104" can you tell me what it means ?? The car now simply does not turn on, and the battery is in perfect condition. When the key passes, the instrument panel is turned on, but when the key is over, the starter is not heard or operated.
