I want to connect the lock up of my transmission published by Manual-Mecanica

Good night.
I have a Malibu year 1980 with a 200C THM Box, the one that comes with Lock Up, but the car originally does not bring the Lock Up connection circuit. I was watching the connector in the box and brings four holes. Please I need to know which of them activates and deactivates the lock up, and how the circuit will be connected, if you would connect, if a switch or something ... thank you very much
