Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Black Escape Smoke
Hi Panzer. Your black smoke problem with the escape, I think it is more related to the amount of diesel that supplies the injection pump to the motor, which can be excessive and therefore does not burn in its entirety, leaving in the form of black smoke by the exhaust (soot particles).

It can also be because you have the nozzles of the very worn injectors and they do not atomize the fuel in the cylinders, so that the diesel comes out in the form of jets and does not combine well with the air inside the combustion chamber, also producing soot in the exhaust (black smoke).

In either case, you will have to take it to a workshop specialized in diesel engines because I have reviewed the two most frequent breakdowns but there are more breakdowns with the same fume result, p. Ex: Low turbo pressure, stuck EGR valve, little compression, etc.

I insist, in this case the best thing you can do is that the car is seen by a mechanic specialized in diesel engines.

All the best.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Black Escape Smoke
I forgot to tell you that you can decarbonize the Nissan exhaust pipe once you find the smoke problem in the engine.

It is very simple, you get under the car with a tiny hammer and you are hitting the entire tube causing viber to vibrate (tin tin tin ....) and therefore, that the coal scabs that are on the inside are taken off.

Give it with love, do not give it as a savage that the exhaust tube has very little material thickness.

Then the car starts and keep it 3/4 of its maximum regime for about 10 sec. approx. You will see a black shotgun like the ink jet from a squid for the escape.

Repeat the operation until the black smoke from the escape stops.

And then, with the hot engine, you are looking for a slope and park the car with the nose looking down, fill the water escape and start with the accelerator pedal torn almost to the bottom.

Doing this, the gases will push the water at high speed through the tube and it will drag the soot inside. A black broth will come out, very black mixture of water and soot.

Also repeat this operation a couple of times and you will see how smoke out of the escape stops. But be careful, once you have the engine repaired because if not, the result will be temporary.

Greetings and if you have anything to comment, send me a private or post it here ok?
