Hi, I have a Mercedes C220 and the EC button (economic) is on and I cannot deactivate it, so the air conditioning does not work, I have loaded the air and remain the same. Does anyone know how I can deactivate it? or why is it always on? Thank you : S

Hello.
The EC button LED is on because you have a problem in the air conditioning system.
The LED is not off until the problem solutions.
You might have been left without gas simply, but when filling it they have not erased you with the diagnostic machine the memorized failure in the control unit.
If the failure is only memorized, with erase is worth it. It will work and the LED will turn off.
But if you have other problems until the LED is solved, do not turn off.
The AA control unit warns the driver of a system problem through that LED.
