Hilux 2006 2.5 does not start.

Hello friends, I have a problem with a 2006 Hilux diesel 2.5. The engine code is 2KD-FTV. It won't start using normal starting methods. To get it to start, I have to crank the starter motor and pump the fuel pump located on the fuel filter until it barely starts. Once it starts, I have to keep it above 2000 RPM, otherwise it stalls, and I have to repeat the same procedure to get it to start again. I scanned it, and it didn't show any faults, but it did indicate high fuel pressure in real time when cranking without starting the engine. I already fixed a similar problem, and it was due to a lack of voltage at the ignition switch. In this case, the voltage is present, but the problem is the same. That's why I need the PCM diagram. If anyone has it, I would be very grateful.

If it has common rail electronic injection, it could be your injectors, since, as I understand it, they inject 10% of the fuel during the compression stroke and then the rest. This happened to me in a Hyundai Accent diesel, and in the area where I live, it happens regularly with the infamous common rail system due to the poor quality of the diesel fuel.

Hi, I don't have the PCM diagram. But I don't think that's your problem.
Check if you have an air leak, possibly through the fuel filter O-ring. That's why it only starts when primed with the fuel pump, which forces the fuel out through the return line.
