Hello everyone.
First of all, thank you for your help.
Tell you that R-21 was done the following test: with the first cylinder in a position close to butt (Quito the spark plug and I carry it up the engine turning by hand), I turn the valve camshaft and, indeed, the valves touch the cylinder when moving the axis.
The data you asked for are the following:
Year (according to the car file): January 1993.
Model: R-21 GTS
SCOPREDED: 1,721 cm3
Fuel [/ul]: Gasoline
Do you think do you seem bad idea to try to mount the distribution strap and see if the car works, or should I check before if the engine has had damage? I say it because the second implies having to disassemble the cylinder head
On the other hand, I see that to put the distribution strap I have to release the crankshaft pulley, having in that area very little space to work; Should the engine have to be taken with patience and skill (or any special tool)?
Thank you very much again.
