Before removing the injection pump, test to supply fuel in a "external" way to the normal car circuit.
With the help of a 5 -liter carafe, two tubes and one pear or electric pump you can verify if the failure is of the pump or the fuel line, because sometimes although the diesel filter is clean, it may be entering air into the diesel because of a chopped tube. The diesel circuit works empty so the diesel is difficult to get out, but it is easy to form air bubbles.
Another problem is that the suction tube of the tank is obstructed, so that there is no sufficient diesel flow to keep the car at a normal speed, there is only diesel to keep it torn and sometimes not even that.
If finally with the help of the carafe and the tubes the car works well and has strength, the problem must be sought in the fuel feed line.
If on the other hand it does not work because in that case you will have to disassemble the injection pump.
All the best. And first try the easiest, which is almost always the most likely.
