Injection problem

The issue is that I send it to repair a workshop for fuel loss from the top of the injection pump, seals changed and no longer loses fuel, but the engine has lost power and has increased considerably fuel consumption. When using it in these conditions, the box is covered by demanding up, I have changed the oil and cash filter without major problems, but no longer demanded much.
Also take out injectors to verify them in the test bench and went out with a lot of carbon. Finally, I would like to know if the pump has lost a little and what is the adjustment it has, to verify if it was moved.
