Good day friends,
can anyone advise me on what type of oil is best for a 2003 Peugeot 307?

It already has over 150,000 kilometers.

Can I use 5W-30 synthetic oil?

They are being but what is recommended by the manufacturer is a 10W40, or if it has a lot of tour you can supply it to 15 as Jal says never reach 20W, this only if it is very very very very neseous.
