Fiat Stilo Bizonal Climatizer

Whether I put the cold and hot air conditioner, I get the same amount of air. I am inclined to think that it is the switchboard that has stopped working, or at least it does not do it as it should, because you know that down to the left appears the button of the whole life of air conditioning, well when it pulse it to disconnect it it does not pay attention to me and it is always wearing the pilot.
