I need your help with a patient ... Published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello ... Well, this is the case ...

The patient:
Mazda 626 dx, year 1.996, engine FS 2.0, 4 cylinders ... beautiful the convicted ...: P

Symptoms:
Well ... it started with that it had a small failure when going running, as for a microsecond did not arrive enough fuel.
Then he began to have trouble starting ...
Then the failure was more frequent and more marked ... at the end that the engine was stopped on occasion.
Among all this was changed to the cuisine packaging, since the water was passing to two cylinders ...

when it returned ...
it cost much more to start, and lost a lot of strength ...

Treatment:
this is what has been checked and the changes ...

1.- The ignition time was corrected, since a tooth of the distributor was run.

2.- The set of spark plug wires and spark plugs were changed.

With this the car responded quite well, although now he had the problem of the failure on march and now he did it at the beginning of it ...

the scanner was also connected ... and the first time it marked a "error in crankshaft position sensor" and "failure in multiple cylinders" ...
the second time it marked only "cylinder failure 2"

3.- The admission system was cleaned Vacuum, injectors, sensors and everything ...

4.- I got the workshop manual, but it is for those made in Japan, and there are some differences with this that is manufactured in the USA.

5.- When verifying the crankshaft position sensor and the TPS, according to the manual I got, it does not give the readings that should ... in fact ... they do not give any reading ...

6.- I advanced the position of the distributor in relation to the rotor 1.5 ° approx

with this I got the engine to work more stable, the failure on march now is lower and not so frequent.
But the starting problem continues, it takes between 3 and 5 seconds to start ...

I almost become a monkey checking my car ... and there is no way to solve the problem ...

Can someone guide me ... ???

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: I need your help with a patient ...
The Mazas 626 and 323 have a fabrication failure in their computers but this is more noticeable to the release, I believe that the injection time is a bit long and that is why I cost, I check the tennis sensor and open the air a little from the IAC or the body, try not pirdes anything.

Hi Kikemec ...

Thank you for your answer, tomorrow I plan to review it again; I am going to check what you have told me, although the air graduation has it in the body, the IAC Valve correctly, when I clean the admission I also check the IAC ...

the temperature sensor I have not caused it but I will check it tomorrow ...

I will also check the fuel pump, since they told me that on occasions they are saturated with dirt ...

I will tell you how it progresses ... thanks ... thanks ... thanks ... thanks ... thanks ...

I recommend that you check the fuel pressure on your vehicle, hopefully with an adjustable manometro with which you can reduce the step to increase the pressure of benzine, luck.
