Loss of code in Fiat Panda command

A few days ago my wife's Fiat Panda said she did not want to start, a chivato was lit with a lock and did not start, I check in the El Chivato manual and tells me that it is a problem of key coding, I try another key and the car starts perfectly. I go to the concessionaire and they tell me that I have to buy a new key, it is that of the remote control, so it would be about 150 euros. They tell me that you can't put the code again in this key.

It seems to me that if you can put in the same key, but you can send a copy to the houses specialized in keys or cancel the immokiler or code from the computer they do the same cloning at least here in Chile it is done.
