Rear fog light relay for Seat Cordoba 1.4. Posted by manual-mecanica
Could someone tell me the part number or position of the relay for the rear fog lights on a
1999 Seat Cordoba 1.4? They're not working, nor are the license plate lights or the trunk light. Thanks.

Hi, I think I have the same problem as you. I put in the fuses for the rear fog lights (number 10) and the license plate light (number 3), and they blow immediately. Also, the trunk light stays on; it doesn't turn off when I lower the trunk lid. Have you solved this? How?

Thanks in advance.: Dry:

Hi, the relay has nothing to do with the problem you're having
with the tailgate... check the section of cable that
comes out of the body and goes into the tailgate; I'm sure almost all the wires are cut... best regards

Hello again, well, it was indeed the cables that run from the tailgate to the car body. Incredible, because they're encased in a rubber seal that can only be opened by cutting it, but there they were, all the cables stuck together and cut, touching each other. No wonder so many fuses were blowing at once.

Thanks to everyone, especially Warni.

Hi everyone, I just bought a used 2006 Seat Cordoba and I noticed it has three taillights in addition to the turn signal, but only two of them work. When I press the brake, the two outer lights come on, and when I reverse, the inner white lights come on, but the middle one never lights up. Could it be that I don't know how to activate them, or is it a bad connection? Could you help me? Thanks
