HEATING AND AC fan only published by Manual-Mecanica

I have a Ford Escort 1.8 16V of 96. The problem is that the heating and air conditioning fan only works at maximum speed.
I guess he has resistance to make the other speeds and that some have broken. Do you know where they are or where can I find it and how to access them?

Normally, the heating fan resistances are next to the fan itself,

anyway, it also checks the command because sometimes one of the tracks is broken and ordered only in some positions.

See the scrapping, and take a command and a couple of resistances and thus also learn how to disassemble without breaking anything by own car.
