Automatic box repair

Help! I have a problem with an automatic transmission. It's an electronic type, shifting via sensors. I repaired it, but I still have the same problem: it won't shift gears, and the speedometer isn't registering. I even replaced the shift sensors and the engine speed sensors. It's a 1995 Chevy Van.
Could you guide me on how to solve this problem
