Urgent help needed for my Peugeot symbol. Posted by manual-mecanica
Hi, a little while ago, on my way home, a warning light came on in the instrument cluster of my Peugeot 406. I'm not sure how to explain it, so a website explaining the symbols or something like that would be a great help. It's orange and located in the upper right part of the instrument cluster, next to the gear indicator. It's orange and shaped like a belt buckle (a person's belt, I mean). One side is dotted, and the other is smooth. It's not a steady light; it flashes. Thanks.

Isn't that the one that indicates to put on the seatbelt? In any case, all the symbols appear in the owner's manual; I think it's here on the page, and also in the workshop manual, but it's a lot of information.
