VW PARATI BUJIAS 1.6 MI

Hi, can anyone help me? I have a 1999 VW Parati 1.6Mi, which has lost a little power. Sometimes when I stop and accelerate, the RPMs drop and it stalls. Other times, while driving, it jerks, hesitates, or stalls—I'm not sure how to describe it. I've been told it could be because the spark plugs aren't the right ones, but no one can figure out the problem. Does anyone know which spark plugs came from the factory with this car so I can try to find them and see if that's the issue? Thanks for your help.
