Problem with Volvo Penta Marino, Help published by Manual-Mecanica

We have performed Overhaull complete of a marine engine Volvo Penta, V8 5.7 NAFTA. In empty, rpm are normal, but in force we do not reach more than 60%. Compression, empty in the suction, distribution point etc. is checking, but we do not find the key. Some suggestion.
We have full engine and carburetor manual, electric part is missing.
