ABS Witness and Dead Velocimeter published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello! I have a huge problem !!

I have a megane and coupe reault year 2002, 1.6 16V, and I am setting the light of the ABS witness along with the light of "Serv" "Stop" and the brake of hands. Every time this happens the velocimeter stops working, and the ABS obviously also (only blocks). From what I have read in millions of pages this has to do apparently with the captors of the ABS, but I would like to see if someone can indicate more things, since the problem has me well screwed.

As data, the lights of the witnesses go out every time by chance the pestillos are automatically put on, also once it happened after passing through a hole. The opposite has also happened to me, the car lights without those lights, but when you open a door they turn on! And we go with the problem again.

Hopefully someone can help me with data. Everything is even worth telling me where the blessed ABS sensor and its 4 witnesses:(

Hello, how

can I tell you that there are four ABS one by wheel sensors and are located in the inside of the wheels, their function is to "read" a dentated crown located on the bushing itself, the electronics of the ABS knows if the wheels jiran or are blocked. With respect to the velocimetro that is going down you may be that if the speed signal of the Saquan of the electronics of the ABS and this fails because it is normal that steel is put on this depends on where they take out this speed signal.
So you comment that when you close pestillo doors or to the pogging pugs I dare to say that you could have a problem of current or some line that is derived. The best way to know what happens to take it to the workshop when you thread the fault in action

I hope that this is of something at least a greeting a greeting

Change the speed sensor in change. I don't think it's more problem than that

Good, looking at the right sensor of the ABS, Clema can have a bad contact. In many vehicles the vehicle speed is taken from the ABS sensor, it is usually the front right wheel. All the best
