ABS witness and dead velocimeter

I have a megane and coupe reault year 2002, 1.6 16V, and I am setting the light of the ABS witness along with the light of "Serv" "Stop" and the brake of hands. Every time this happens the velocimeter stops working, and the ABS obviously also (only blocks).
