Any problem with a vehicle?

Good afternoon, I urgently need the manual for a 2007 Hafei Lobo with the 1100cc twin-cam engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The situation is as follows: the alternator stopped sending power to the car. After replacing it, the car started, but someone with me disconnected the battery terminal. After that, the car shut off and wouldn't start again. I took the ECU to a technician, and after checking it, he said it was fine, but after installing it, the car still doesn't work; there's no signal to any of the car's sensors.
