Check the ignition distributor to see if it's firing when it should; that might be the problem. If not, check the crankshaft position sensor, since if it's electronic ignition, the spark timing depends on it.

Hello... Friends, I have a 2002 Trailblazer and when I replaced the steering wheel controls, the buttons on the steering wheel that control the instrument cluster stopped working. Does anyone know if there's a wire in or near the steering wheel controls that might have broken or something like that?

No, friend, what happened is that the steering wheel has a sensor called a clock spring, and it broke because when the steering is repaired, the sensor has to be removed to turn the wheels and align them. Then, once it's properly aligned, the sensor is put back in.
