Around the heating, and refrigeration published by Manual-Mecanica
Very good, the doubt that I have for many will be simple, but I do not know that, the question is that I have a vitara Suzuki, 1.9 TD of the year 1998,
the circuit of the heating of the car had a leak, and as an easy solution
,,,,,, After trying to put it again, for the expansion boat Silian Burbotones, Curate Board = Crakk, I have everything scattered by the garage
I do not roll up more, if it annuls the outputs of the water ranging from the water pump to the butt, so as not to bridge again, but to cancel those outlets of the heating, it would be very harmful to the car, it would be possible

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Around the heating, and refrigeration
It is not a good idea to cancel the sleeves of the heating of that car.

Suzuki mounted a 1.9 TD from the PSA group (Peugeot-Citroën) that then replaced with 2.0 HDI.

Both air purgadores carry at the entrance of the heating sleeves. If you cancel the sleeves, the air or bubbles that are formed during the normal operation of the engine, they will accumulate in them by not being able to return to the expansion vessel, in such a way that you will fill the entire water vapor butt and produce the same effect as when you run out of water in the engine.

These engines are quite robust but the only thing that they do not tolerate are excess temperature since the butts are deform.

I hope I have helped you.

It is clear about crack, you have loaded the board.

Pray not to have deformed the cylinder head.

As the friend says it is better not to cancel that type of sleeves, but annuling heating has no problems.

Have you disassembled you ???????

In good mud you have gotten into.

Go to a workshop pay attention to me.

PD are not usually cheap those repairs.
