Hi Ozzo, with the engine off, disconnect the pin or plug. I assume it has a single screw and a fixed position, so remove and replace it, making sure it's in the same position and that when you turn it by hand it doesn't touch the shaft in any position. Then reassemble the covers and start the engine.
