fox 1.9 sdi motor asy

I need a workshop manual for the 1.9 SDI ASI engine. Here in Argentina, it was installed in my 2008 Fox from the factory.
I understand it's the same one used in Seat, but I don't know the model or how to find it. That's why I'm asking you all if anyone has it.
My car has 45,000 km and is making a noise in the timing belt. When it's cold, there's a ticking sound. I thought it was the automatic tensioner, so I adjusted it and it went away, but after two or three days it started again.
Since there are two other pulleys involved along with the timing belt, and it's not something I can just replace with the current high prices, I don't know what to do next.
