Quest Minivan Manual 1998

Hello automotive experts, I have a problem with a Quest. The air conditioning isn't working, even though it seems to have refrigerant pressure. The fan stopped working, and it wasn't working at all initially. The vehicle has been heavily modified, and since I'm using color guides, I need the manual for troubleshooting. I'm hoping someone has it... your help would be greatly appreciated.
