I checked the download link and it's working correctly... after you download the ".zip" file, extract it. I recommend WinRAR for this... after that, you shouldn't have any problem viewing them; they are "pdf" files. If it doesn't allow you to extract it, the download may have failed... try downloading it again and test it.
