Check your manual and it is not the 3.0 24 valve engine of a sabale Mercury I do not know if you have information of that engine is pairs to contour 2.5 but the distribution changes me does not synchronize me well the trees

You know I have the same prrblema the only thing that I mark when taking out the chain, and it is the only safer.
