Lost key with immobilizer Ford Ranger 2.3 Published by manual-mecanica

I need some guidance on how to unlock the ECU of a Ford Ranger. The keys are lost, the THEFT light is flashing, and I can't start it. I installed the Super Scanner DEC, but it's not recognized. Is there any software I can use to reprogram it? Or is there anything else I can do? I'm in southern Argentina with limited resources. Thanks, Julio
