Lost key with immobilizer Ford Ranger 2.3 Published by manual-mecanica

I'd like someone here to guide me on how to unlock the ECU on a Ford Ranger. I've lost the keys, and the THEFT light is flashing, and I can't start it. I installed the super scanner, but it won't take it. My question is, is there any program to deprogram it? Or something I can do? I'm in southern Argentina with limited resources. Hugs, Julio.
