Cars and motorcycle starter

it is the first time I enter this forum and I hope you can help me.
I want to build a car and motorcycle starter for when they are without battery, I want to connect the terminals of my battery directly to the electricity grid of my house and be able to start.
It is possible that I want to do and how I should do it.
