I'd like to see if you can help me. I have a Freightlander truck with an Allison automatic transmission and a Caterpillar engine. My question is, what can I check because the RANGE INHIBIT light comes on intermittently and the transmission stays in neutral? What steps should I take and what should I check to solve this problem, since the scanner isn't showing any fault codes? Thanks in advance.
