Does not turn on Plymounth Voyager 97

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a Plymouth Grand Voyager. It was running fine, then it stalled and wouldn't restart. When I turn the key, only the dashboard lights come on, the check engine light doesn't illuminate, there's no spark, and I can't hear the fuel pump. I already replaced the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor two months ago, as well as the fuel pump relay and the ignition relay. I'm desperate. Three electricians have checked it and they can't find the problem. It's a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager.
