Training multiplier program, a new Volvo proposal

Once again, the truck and bus brand has launched a program that aims to help drivers get the most out of their truck.

Volvo Trucks, a renowned company, announced the certification of the first instructors for its Trainer Multiplier Program. The program aims to provide educators with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve customer training in Argentina.

According to Guido Cotarelo, Head of Network Development at Volvo Trucks, “The benefits of the training are seen in the optimized use of the truck's functions, the reduction in fuel consumption, the decrease in wear and tear on parts, and greater safety in handling.”.

Indeed, part of the service Volvo Trucks offers its customers includes training in safe and economical driving for drivers. In this regard, each dealership invites its transport clients to provide free training for their truck drivers, covering the technological tools and all the vehicle functions.



But the instructors don't just teach safe and economical driving courses; they also handle the technical handover of new vehicles at dealerships. This is an opportunity to provide drivers with general advice on all aspects of the vehicle's operation before they take it on the road.
