Ford Ka ´96. complicated breakdown in intermittent.

I have a problem with the flashing and emergency lights of a Ford Ka of the year 96. They do not work. I have proven fuses, intermission and command relay and from there the failure does not come. In the Clema that goes to command, I have made all possible combinations with a cable, bridging the terminals, and it should be noted that all the combinations that the flashing light, causes them to light the 4 at the same time. There is no combination that ignites only the 2 flashing of one side.
