Damage for not changing rhames of Punta d 'axles

Dear friends,
I have a Cevrolet Optra Advanced 2009 car, a friend of mine suggested that I change the wheels of the wheels because, when the car walks there is a noise like Suuummm, a similar sound when you walk by bicycle through the asphalt with new tires.
My questions are:
should I change the bearings?
What happens if I do not change bearings, there is the possibility that other elements such as trice, homocinetic, others or the same apples that contain those bearings are damaged.
Where do I appreciate what numbering do I replace the bearing?
