Good morning everyone, I have two problems with a 2006 Optra.
The first is that I haven't been able to open the Spanish manual for the automatic transmission that's available. I don't know what program it has; I've already tried all the programs on my computer.
I have an Optra that had a complete transmission overhaul done.
The separator discs, seals, gaskets, and valve body balls were replaced
, but after only 1200 km, the transmission had the same problem: the vehicle wouldn't move. If I waited half an hour, it would move, but then it would go back into neutral.
When I drained the oil, it came out dark and with a burnt smell. I've only disassembled the valve body, and I found a lot of sediment, as if the discs had burned out again.
I ruled out the torque converter and oil pump. I tested the pump's pressure, and I didn't test the torque converter, but I didn't see or hear anything abnormal. Also, at first, the shifts were quick.
Then it developed the same initial symptom: when starting the engine and engaging the transmission in drive, it took a while to engage, and then... When it engaged, it did so with a jolt, the same symptom it had before the general transmission overhaul. This symptom continued until the problem arose where none of the gears engaged at all, neither D nor R nor 123.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.
