Ford Mustang 2007

Hi, I have a Ford Mustang 2007 Automatic convertible 6 cylinders out of nowhere when it accelerates.
Wanting to accelerate, it stuns or turns away the car trembles and has a strange noise.
The pump is no longer changed before the pressure is checked and it is fine.
cables and spark plugs are well just refined completely and compression is correct, I don't know what can be someone who can help me
