ESCANER LAUNCH X431 IV

Hi everyone, I need some help. I bought a Launch X431 IV scanner in China. Once it arrived, I registered it and went to the update page, downloading all the available files. After that, following the instructions, I formatted the memory card and installed the new files... but here's my problem. The scanner recognizes the card and goes through all the menu steps, everything... but when I go to the brand icons, they appear blank, as if they don't exist.

However, when I check the card on my PC, all the files are there. I've done this many times, and nothing works. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening and can help me?
