1KZ Hilux motor starts and accelerates alone to ful

Hello friends, I ask you to give me some orientation with a fault that I have in a Hilux year 2003 Argentine version, it has a 1kz engine with turbo
first in the mornings it took to start and when I made it touched too much white smoke ..... They spent a few months and did not want to start ... It starts the first one ..... but when it starts it accelerates alone thoroughly without stepping on the accelerator pedal .... This engine has an electronic accelerator does not carry a cable. A friend who also has his car equal to what I have .....
